It’s been such an honor to have spent February working with Alex Baskin to bring to life his poetry chapbook, I wake up tangled in pillows and sheets, our first-ever winner of The Slice Poetry Chapbook Contest. We’re excited to feature an interview with Alex on The Juice after the launch of his chapbook, where we’ll be able to offer more insight into his process and perspective.
Moving into March, we can’t wait to meet our community at AWP in LA! Our table in the book fair will be stocked with stickers, buttons, bookmarks, and of course, copies of both The Core Review and I wake up tangled in pillows and sheets. We’ll also be working on an interactive project with you all real-time at the conference, so please do stop by and say hi!
